For Mirvacs 200 George street premier Sydney green star 5 development architects FJMT chose the Mayor Tempio grooved Fs 30 tiles 400wide x 1500 long.

This project is the tallest building in Australia to utilise the Tempio facade tile. The tiles wrap the lift and service core with an additional grove on each of the tiles at spandral height.
